Depending on current production activity, a confirmed visit may include selected areas of canopy production, sewing, packing, rigging, materials testing, inspection and quality control. Access to specific production, rigging or laboratory areas cannot be guaranteed.

Visits are arranged in advance around production schedules and applicable confidentiality requirements. WHA may request basic visitor and organisation information before confirming access, and photography or access to certain production areas may be restricted where required.
